Smart and Skilled Councils

The City of Parramatta Council has found a long-term partner in the Australian College of Commerce and Management. Through this relationship ACCM was able to recommend the NSW Smart and Skilled subsidised funding program as an ideal mechanism for Council to get better value from their staff training budget.
