The NSW Department of Education and Training Services NSW are trying to make it a bit easier to see how your learners feel about your support and services.
The NSW government in coordination with NCVER (who maintains national training data) has provided a snapshot of ACCM's 2021 success (please note 2021 is the most recent FULL year in terms of reportable data that has been analysed by the NSW government) delivering results in the VET sector.
The primary factors surveyed include:

- Achieved Main Reason
- Training Relevance
- Satisfaction Score
