The ACCM Difference

  • Start Anytime - Immediate Enrolment

Within 30 minutes of applying to enrol, your personal log-on details are emailed to you. This gives you access to WebclassM. Login to Webclass and complete the administrative items eg ID and USI.  Also complete the Initial Skills Assessment in Webclass. Once you have completed these items a College Student Adviser will phone you to discuss your needs and course requirements and suitability. Once they and you agree on the course and electives, your enrolment will be approved and you will be able to access the first study module via our on-line system WebClassM.

  • Affordable, Quality Online Training

Affordable Courses, Quality Learning Resources and Expert Student Support!

For over 20 years we have developed hi-tech administration systems to help us reduce our costs. This means that we can pass the savings on to you and keep your course fees low.

At ACCM our quality learning resources are designed by industry experts, so you can rest assured that what you are learning is industry relevant.

ACCM's team of Student Advisers are experts in their fields. They are also passionate about making sure you achieve your goals. These two traits combined ensure that you receive the best support available from the right people.

  • Industry Expert Student Advisers

The Australian College helps you succeed in your studies by giving you the support of a dedicated team of Student Advisers with real life industry experience. You will have one dedicated Student Adviser who will personally manage your program; and the benefit of a team around them to provide expert assistance in all subject areas.

Students actively comment about the supportiveness of their Student Advisers; and their skills at passing on their knowledge, and making even the hardest subject understandable.

  • Industry Designed Course Materials

Our step by step course materials have been written by industry experts specifically for the Australian College. They will give you all of the relevant learner information you need to succeed in your course. The resources simplify industry jargon and concepts, give you industry insight and understanding, and focus on current real world business practices.

  • Prompt Results and Detailed Feedback

All assessments are promptly returned (via Webclass, your online learning portal) with detailed feedback and encouragement. Our goal is to have them back to you in less than a week, with a two week maximum turn around time during particularly busy times. In the meantime you can progress to your next subject.

  • Regular Contact from Us. Yes - We Call You!

ACCM College is proactive about being in touch. When you apply to enrol our Service One team will call you immediately and guide you through to finish the enrolment process. They will also contact you weekly for the first 6 weeks to ensure you are on track and comfortable with online learning.

After your onboarding has been completed a Student Adviser will make contact to introduce themselves as your main point of contact and assistance with your ongoing study.

You will continue to receive regular phone calls, emails and SMS to check your progress and offer help. If we see you getting behind we will increase our efforts to contact you to ensure you are getting the help you need.

Study online – not alone; and be supported every step of the way!

  • Government Funded Training Contracts

ACCM is a national provider and has long term contracts across states and territories that support employers and students with subsidised training options.  Let us work our way through the rules and regulations and deliver to you the best outcome.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Why Is ACCM So Affordable?

Our course Fees include all the learning materials needed to complete your course. No hidden expensive textbook requirements!

Most people are surprised by this given our very competitive pricing. Our view is that education is important, so you shouldn’t be charged an arm and a leg to achieve it.

One of the ways we can offer such great pricing is by using “hi-tech” administration systems that greatly reduce our costs. We also don’t waste money on high-end expensive marketing campaigns or fancy offices.

And, to make it even more affordable, we offer interest free payment plans that mean you can pay progressively. We can’t be fairer than that.

  • Are ACCM Online Courses Accredited and Nationally Recognised?

All of our Certificate, Diploma and Advanced Diploma courses are accredited as nationally recognised qualifications and we are regulated by the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA).

Our RG206 CPD program is a short course developed specifically to address RG206 requirements. As this is not a qualification and does not use units of competence, it does not fall within the definition of Nationally Recognised Training under the AQF.

  • When Can I Start My Course?

All of our courses are delivered online and there are no semester start dates you have to wait for.

The enrolment application process takes just a few minutes and we action applications promptly to get required identification and to complete an Initial Skills Assessment to ensure suitability for the course.

Once your enrolment is approved you will have immediate online access to course materials. No waiting for us to send them to you.

At ACCM we want to take the stress out of learning.

  • How Many Hours a Week Will I Need to Dedicate to my Study?

This all depends on two things. Firstly, the course you choose to enrol in and secondly... you!

The following is just a guide, but it should give you an idea of how many hours a week you will need to dedicate to your formal studies:

    • Certificate II - 2 to 3 hours each week.
    • Certificate III - 3 to 4 hours each week
    • Certificate IV - 4 to 5 hours each week
    • Diploma - 4 to 5 hours each week
    • Advanced Diploma - 5 to 6 hours each week
  • What is ACCM Colleges Legal Name?

Our legal name is Australian College of Commerce and Management Pty Ltd.

Yes - it is a mouthful - and also there are lots of "Australian Colleges"... so we have registered the business name ACCM College to help you identify us easier.

So both names are legal, but one is more user friendly.

Our RTO National Identifier Code is 1441.  Our ACN is 073 576 315   Our ABN is 42 073 576 315.

In addition we have other registered names (not used greatly): Courses One and Courses Australia. And students from a long, long time ago may remember our names of Australian School of Commerce and Management (ASCM) and Asia Pacific Learning Centre Pty Ltd.
