Celebrate the 2016 Training Awards
Each year NSW Training Awards recognises the outstanding achievements of students and trainees and apprentices in vocational education and training.
It’s a great chance for students, their employers and their training providers to celebrate and receive acknowledgment for their efforts.
The Australian College of Commerce and Management has had a long history of success in the NSW Training Awards and this, our 20th year, is no exception.
Finance Students
The 2016 NSW Training awards nominations have resulted in record numbers of College students in Financial Services being successful in progressing to be Regional Finalists.
The College is represented by Finance students in regional areas such as Western NSW, the Hunter and New England.
The applicants are judged against the following criteria:
Criterion 1: Career and study achievements
Criterion 2: Communication, team and leadership skills
Criterion 3: Ability to represent the national training system at a broader level
Criterion 4: Other pursuits
Financial Services clients such as the Community Mutual Group, Orange Credit Union, First Options Credit Union, and The Mutual are organisations who see the value of vocational training and the benefits it brings to the both the student and the organisation.
This reflects in the success of their staff in progressing in the NSW Training Awards. Participating in the Awards can open many doors for both the student and the employer and training provider. Networking opportunities, raising your profile in your community and showcasing your commitment to vocational education are just a few.
