ACCM 2020 - National Quality Indicator Results

2020 was a great year and the feedback from our Learners and Employers back that up!

As part of our ongoing commitment to quality and to meet our compliance obligations, ACCM send out an end of course survey (referred to as the National Quality Indicators) for all our learners who complete their qualification.  There is a similar survey for employers.

The goal...learn more about how we are doing, what our learners think and find new ways we can do things better.

This survey captures a critical range of factors, such as:

  • Trainer Quality
  • Effective Assessment
  • Clear Expectations
  • Learning Stimulation
  • Training Relevance
  • Competency Development
  • Training Resources
  • Effective Support
  • Active Learning
  • Overall Satisfaction

ACCM spends weeks analysing the results and discussing the feedback to really dig deep and see where we can improve.

This year's results, that focus on learners who completed their qualification in 2020, was a wealth of useful and meaningful information.

We had thought last years results were pretty darn good, but were very pleased to see an increase in most categories.

For more information and to see that actual information that we have submitted to the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA our national regulator), click here:

You can take it to the bank that we will use these results to improve our services!  That's what these outcomes are designed to do, and we're onboard!
