It includes motivating, mentoring, coaching and developing the team and forming the bridge between the management of the organisation and team members. High level and influential communication skills are also critical.
Leading corporate social responsibility requires skills to consult with stakeholders to develop, implement and evaluate corporate social responsibility policy in an organisation. It looks at strategies to ensure an organisation is positioned to ensure its long-term viability and success with a focus on environmental and labour practices.
