Frequently Asked Questions

  • Why Is ACCM So Affordable?

Our course Fees include all the learning materials needed to complete your course. No hidden expensive textbook requirements!

Most people are surprised by this given our very competitive pricing. Our view is that education is important, so you shouldn’t be charged an arm and a leg to achieve it.

One of the ways we can offer such great pricing is by using “hi-tech” administration systems that greatly reduce our costs. We also don’t waste money on high-end expensive marketing campaigns or fancy offices.

And, to make it even more affordable, we offer interest free payment plans that mean you can pay progressively. We can’t be fairer than that.

  • Are ACCM Online Courses Accredited and Nationally Recognised?

All of our Certificate, Diploma and Advanced Diploma courses are accredited as nationally recognised qualifications and we are regulated by the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA).

Our RG206 CPD program is a short course developed specifically to address RG206 requirements. As this is not a qualification and does not use units of competence, it does not fall within the definition of Nationally Recognised Training under the AQF.

  • When Can I Start My Course?

All of our courses are delivered online and there are no semester start dates you have to wait for.

The enrolment application process takes just a few minutes and we action applications promptly to get required identification and to complete an Initial Skills Assessment to ensure suitability for the course.

Once your enrolment is approved you will have immediate online access to course materials. No waiting for us to send them to you.

At ACCM we want to take the stress out of learning.

  • How Many Hours a Week Will I Need to Dedicate to my Study?

This all depends on two things. Firstly, the course you choose to enrol in and secondly... you!

The following is just a guide, but it should give you an idea of how many hours a week you will need to dedicate to your formal studies:

    • Certificate III - 3 to 4 hours each week
    • Certificate IV - 4 to 5 hours each week
    • Diploma - 4 to 5 hours each week
  • What is ACCM Colleges Legal Name?

Our legal name is Australian College of Commerce and Management Pty Ltd.

Yes - it is a mouthful - and also there are lots of "Australian Colleges"... so we have registered the business name ACCM College to help you identify us easier.

So both names are legal, but one is more user friendly.

Our RTO National Identifier Code is 1441.  Our ACN is 073 576 315   Our ABN is 42 073 576 315.

In addition we have other registered names (not used greatly): Courses One and Courses Australia. And students from a long, long time ago may remember our names of Australian School of Commerce and Management (ASCM) and Asia Pacific Learning Centre Pty Ltd.
